This is a list of things I like and use. I get a small cut if you use the links, but that isn’t why I recommend you buy them.
For The Kitchen
The OXO Peppermill. I have tried several peppermills over the years, but this one is my favorite. It’s not the prettiest one, but it works amazingly well.
The Thermopro meat thermometer. I use this when I make pulled pork, carnitas, thick steaks… It changes your whole cooking game for meat.
is my most-used appliance. Easily, I use it 4-6 times a day for tea, pour over coffee, and when cooking (it’s faster to boil water in the kettle than on the stove. It just works. This model also allows for various heat settings (like 200 degrees for coffee, as opposed to 212 for black tea) and will hold the temperature for up to 30 minutes for you.
